Ok, now find how to kick down the ladder at the waterfall and the bridge that is almost at the middle of the Quarry, you can get to it by going up in that elevator, then kill the enemies and keep going near the left side.

No not yet, I just did it and it worked. Took a few tries to get the jumps right, but just do exactly like the video and it still works.

Same for me though. I keep falling through the board. I can't actually climb it. Update: Its just a very particular spot you have to grab there the vertical and horizontal poles meet.
