Yes, there is a comment on one of the other videos from the designer on this. This game was played in 2012, when the rules were still "living" and somewhat in flux.

The last syllable is just "TROVSK", not "tro-vich"

Also, the "D" is not REALLY silent. The "Dn" makes a different sound than just an "N" would.
