When this song reached the crescendo during the Phoenix Gate dragoon boss fight, I actually started to get goosebumps and slight tears in my eyes. Really powerful.

The entire FFXVI soundtrack is amazing but this one is my favorite it's almost as if instead of the boss having a theme it's your boss theme for the boss its so epic/heroic sounding. I swear I play 100x better when this is playing during a fight.

Even though it’s not official, I always feel like this is Clive’s theme. It captures his determination, his bravery, his strength, his struggle against fate. Especially at the 1:42 mark, the music seems to say, not “Clive, be afraid of this boss”, but “Boss, be afraid of Clive!” And the more hunts I do in this game, the more it feels that way. The song is just too good.

You could definitely make the case that this is young Clive’s theme, it plays twice during pivotal fights, one where he’s to prove himself on his first mission, where he even gets Wade to make a story out of his bravery, and then against the dragoon, where he needs to win to buy time for his father and brother. Now I think Find the Flame is an Excellent theme for Clive, especially with the ammount of versions they have of it, but this playing during all the hunts, it seems like it’s Clive once again being that brave boy, taking on a challenge, facing the odds, and WINNING

Best part about it is that the game usually synchronizes that bit right as you initiate the stagger phase so right when you are about to unload all your abilities on the boss 🙌so hype

It's actually so devastating that it only lasts two minutes and they didn't bother finding a way to make it loop naturally so it just restarts from beat 1 mid fight and ruins all steam it had going
