Josh i had Vertigo there is a medicine that really helps it ,its horrible to have vertigo,then I had a bad migraine went into a seizure I had a cyst on my brain my dr put me on seizure medicine take it twice a day vertigo has gone away have had this since I was born;I stil have to watch how much I lift& I & smells will bother me stres s is a big factor for Vertigo I take naps seems to help

Food tip, Josh. Slice the hot dogs in half lengthwise, and they'll lie flat on the bread. Or, slice the dogs and add to the mac and cheese. Also, it's a myth that pasta needs to be boiled in massive amounts of water. It doesn't. Take care of yourself.

Josh, please please consider the kind of hydration your cells can absorb. Plain water sometimes doesn't help enough. Even if you throw a few grains of sea salt into a big glass and drink it over 30 minutes to see if it begins to back off the symptoms. Works for me every time. Coconut water does, too, because of the electrolytes in it. If this works, it could help pinpoint a path to resolution for you. Nothing to lose. Doesn't have to make sense if it works.

Josh, I had vertigo and awful head pain for a year. Turned out to be angle closer in the back of my eyes. Quick op on each eye solved the problem. Have you had your eyes checked? Loving the No Rush series 💜

Just wondering if you have ever had a lumbar puncture (aka spinal tap) while the pain is there? My mother was getting these insane headaches for months and months, they would come on super suddenly and the hospital would give her pain meds and then send her away after a few hours. Eventually she had the lumbar puncture done and it turns out it was some kind of reoccurring infection that they eventually found in the cerebrospinal fluid. A lumber puncture can also test pressure levels, like if you have pressure pushing on the brain or spine.

@@JoshuaAlexander138 The only other thing I will mention is there is a super rare type of epilepsy that causes vertigo and it can have pain as well. But I'm guessing they tested for that as well. Vertiginous epilepsy (VE). Sorry I'm being a mother hen right now LOL

I admire your sense of humor and easy going nature. You're pleasant on this vid while your dealing with vertigo and "brain pain". I really hope that your neurologist can get a true diagnosis for you, so you can have some consistency as you manage this "brain thing". I also have a brain thing called Multiple Sclerosis. Vertigo isn't easy or fun. I'm not in Canada, but I was diagnosed with the use of MRIs, a lumbar puncture, and the symptoms I displayed during my physical exams. Mine is called RRMS or Relapsing Remitting Multiple Sclerosis. This means that i display symptoms during flare ups, but there are days when I don't display any. That's not true I guess I have days where I display less symptoms and days where I display more. I'm older than you, so, as I age, the symptoms stick, like neuropathy, for example, fatigue, brain fog and nerve pain. I don't have vertigo as often. MS symptoms can consist of different things for different people, because everyone is unique. However, my symptoms are very similar to yours. I wish your medical team would really look into MS for you. I use Ocrevus as a disease modifier. It's an infusion given twice per year. It has slowed the progression. It's not a cure and I still have many problems, but it is treatable to give people like me a little hope. I'm thinking of you and your family. I hope you get answers and relief soon. 🙏🙏🙏 BTW you're an amazing artist. Take care.

I watched the above video laying one my side with one eye open and did the first exercise on both sides twice and it went away. God it was awful. I feel you frustration. I just did my right and left and then repeated it again. I hope this helps you.

You'd have to be alot for insightful to be helpful. Perhaps you've missed the several month period where I wasn't working at all with anything. Not sure how one would "detox", but I didn't get any better, not being around "toxic" materials for a year or so. I did however get tested several times for toxicity in dozens and dozens of materials, chemicals, metals, etc. All were good.
