Well I hope they hire a nanny for Liana soon. Girl will benefit if she has someone who gives undivided attention to her, stays put with her energy and just gives her tonnes of hugs and picks her up..... every kid has that wish 'to be picked up no matter how active they are. In fact if you have a kid who stays busy with little wonders of life and can self regulate a lot of toddler emotions (she rarely cries for help) reward and refuel them with lots and lots of love because you know she is self reliant.

You should learn from shrads on how to give equal attention and treatment to your babies. Earlier i didn't feel any problem because i found you giving proper attention to both of your babies but how it is really disturbing to see the way you treat Lianna . You say she is a big girl . Really, how big is she ??just 2 years and a few months. Why do you always pamper Divisha and not Lianna,when she is your elder child and needs more attention because already there is a chancr of sibling rivalry and your treatment towards Lianna will simple increase it . What are learning from your podcasts then ?? What's the reason of it ?? They are saying that elder child needs more attention, why aren't you listening to them ??? I had to write this now because it is clearly visible to all how you are treating Lianna . You are ignoring the comments thinking whatever you r doing is right but actually it is not.
