The public street is the PUBLIC street. These businesses claiming the street as part of their premises and obstructing the footpaths throughout the city needs to stop. This bar has always been a very strange place with strange customers, as demonstrated by the grey haired dwarf sat at the picnic table. Why does the "alternative" crowd love authority so much?
