@@erioncuka3966 yes, on my phone it happens the most if i have cover on phone, if i put phone in some squeezed place like pocket, it seams becouse place where we insert sim card is so sensitive. However if it happend, for me helps, to take of cover, than press plane mode for 30sec, then turn off, than go on setings-sim card- turn of-turn on. And than it works. But if you dont see sim card showing when you press on sim card setings, than repeat to turn on and off plane mode untin sim card is avaible on setings

Really weird, was getting no sim, then went into simcard manager and the sim slot 2 was off? Turned it on and it recognised sim..

I bought mine from Xfinity Mobile and there is NO slot for a sim card! There is a memory card in the bottom slot on mine period. I had a galaxy S9 the sim card in that would not be good enough anyway it was 4g limited.

i cant even get into sim manager, cant transfer files though usb cant see sim card it can only charge. already replaced the usb board and still nothing. ABSOLUTE PILE OF SHI* . always hated samsung but when lg stopped making phones that were any good samsung was the only option with at&t. At this point i dont even want a phone the only option is samsung, they have always been junk and they never fix their problems.

Is it possible to complete a setup after a reset without a sim? I have never needed the sim on any other device. I purchased it outright and will get a sim. But it's super crappy for Samsung or Verizon to lock me out of a device I bought if it doesn't also have service. I use old phones on wifi only, and after this is old, it will be one a brick again without service active. Seriously considering returning it this is so bad. Is there a emergency phone dial code to unlock and setup wifi and continue to restore/transfer without a sim?
