Good call on dishes. Have you heard of the vinegar method? Yeah I was really overthinking water setup when I get my van. My concern was shaving and brushing teeth. So I was gonna buy a $100 dollar galley foot pump and have a water jug for my sink + grey tank AND a water jug for drinking out of. Then I realized all I need is to get one of those primo water bottles and the little hand pump they sell for them. To brush teeth and shave I'll just use a spray bottle of water and maybe a little bowl. And for dishes, similar to your method. Easy. My hope is to stop needing to work two jobs and finally focus on something I'd really like to do. Writing.

i'm normally a very pessimistic person but I must say your attitude is infectious. Your videos are very easy to watch and the older I get (I'm 44 now) the more I'm starting to realize that life is short and you better make hay while you can. Who cares what people say or think. 100 years from now no will remember the vast majority of us anyway. Your right, get out there and do what makes you happy and let the haters hate. Most of them are just jealous that they don't have the stones to do what makes them happy and that in turn makes them want to rain on your parade because your success shows them their failure to take a chance.

Awesome video! Hey, I wanted to make a suggestion, instead of a wagon, maybe a dog jog/hiking stroller. They have 3 tires that can get around trails easier and less jostling for the pup. Easier for you to maneuver on rough terrain. Wagons just might rattle the teeth right out of him.

The wagon is an awesome solution that would allow both of you to get your needed activity without harm to the other...besides....your gonna sticker it up and make it cool anyway :P Congrats to you and your daughter. If you ever run out of that soap a good safe and cheap alternative is white vinegar. 2 parts water to one part vinegar, kills bacteria and cuts grease like a dream. Happy trails my friend!

I hate that this even has to be said,BUT there are going to be people who say mean things JUST because you are sooooo stinkin HAPPY.I myself loving seeing your real joy,your obvious love for your dog and your respect for yourself and others.You are a breath of fresh air,a joy to watch.You are just so real and down to earth.I wasn't going to say anything ugly,BUT I think the haters should just bite your fat wagon wheels.You do what is best and right for you and Disco.I have a lazy dachshund,so I feel ya.Once you get so far she just wants to lay down or be held.So,I end up carrying her all the way back to where we came from.Not fun.Extra workout?Yes,but I rather not.But they do have those fold up wagons.I'm sure there are metal bars,so you could get Disco a pillow to sit on.Put it in a large back pack and when he is tired, pull it out and there you go,portable doggie.LOL.And as far as you parking in the city.If you are not in someone's personal space,what does it matter?And like you said you come in while most are sleeping and leave before they wake.Some people just do NOT like seeing others happy.And congrats on your daughter and her dance team.I just love Disco he is such a handsome fella.I have to say this,I just love when you wear your reading glasses.Great video,except the spinning.Be safe.Big hugs.Much love to you both.

Yes, nice comment. And about the dogs -- how much the human needs to walk may be different from how much the dog needs to walk. Consider dachshund's tiny little legs and feet! Walk dogs with a buggy, and when the dog stops, put him IN the buggy and push him. (My tablet keyboard is small -- I typed "walk fogs with a buggy" .. lol)

White vinegar! I swear it’s the best. Antibiotic, edible. Wipe dishes clean and eat off them, using no water. Works great on bodily crevasses, floors, vinyl, glass.

The format is done right (brief intro followed by B-roll of Vancouver nicely shot with some slo-mo and time lapse, then the content itself in your very personable and informative style using a variety of angles and perspectives, and - last but not least - that signature sign-off ("stay weird"). The editing is also done well. Equally important, you convey the information you're covering in a relaxed but still thorough and easily understood manner with a twist of humor that keeps people watching. Very, very nice job, bro! I've seen productions by so-called "professional videographers" that weren't nearly as good.

Great video! Love your office. I think there are collapsible wagons, so it wouldn't take as much room in your vehicle. They also make doggy backpacks, you might look into those if you don't know about them already. Although I have a feeling disco is a little bit on the heavy side. Would be quite a workout. Disco so adorable I always giggle when I see him waddling around. What a tank!

VANCITY VANLIFE I miss my Lacey. She weighed 135 pounds (61 kilograms). She was a Great Pyrenees. When I would get home from work and open my car door, she would put her big head in my lap and I would pet her for about a minute, and then she would have had enough she would go barking at all the Gremlins in the woods. Very low-maintenance dog, and very protective. She has been gone now for about 7 years. Give disco a hug for me.
