Really interesting perspective!! How did you discipline yourself to take the fast? I find myself wanting to do the same thing but i get like a couple of days or at best a week in and then i’m back on my phone.

@@jquick85 thank you! 1. Completely delete the apps, no app blockers etc. 2. Tell a friend so they can help keep you accountable! 3. Anytime you feel like wasting time on your phone, do the dishes, go for a walk, pick up a book or project instead! That will help transfer that dopamine need to something more productive.

Hey, lovely video but I am just commenting to let you know that the video seems to be extremely quiet volume wise. I have my speaker on max and it's still rather quiet, I checked some other videos of yours and this is the only one that has had a volume issues. Just thought it'd be helpful to let you know in case you have not noticed.
