Tested it with a simagic ultimate and a dd+ of course put them down used the ultimate at 60% and the dd+ at 80% both worked perfectly. Very surprised never seen a Foldable rig be able to feel this good.

I have been looking at this and really want to get one. My biggest issues was/is how sturdy it was. My wheel is a lower level wheel so I don't get the same Nm strength. Thanks for the review, and I do have a question. I noticed in your video that you removed the actual wheel from it's base. Is that required? Does it make it fold "more flat"? What was the purpose of you removing it?

After a short stint with an wheelstand I had opted for a Playseat Trophy... which I then swapped for a Trak Racer TR160... full-on rigs are more expensive, but if you have the money and space... But if you don't, this seems like a good option. The playseat might be sturdier, but costs 550 Euros... waaaayyyyyyyy too expensive.

So much flex on that wheel mount. I personally wouldn't want to use anything higher than 5 or 8nm on that rig. The next level wheel stand 2.0 might be a slightly better option for more powerful bases. -- Currently running 25nm on mine and it's very rigid, with surprisingly little flex. It's just very heavy with everything mounted and a struggle to move when time to put away.

It's funny in person as he stated you can't actually feel it. Idk how they did it but they did good. It takes away nothing from the immersion. Still prefer this over the 2.0 I had years ago. It's just a better experience with everything lined up perfeclty and the seating in general.

@@bobbyosborne2375 No one buys 25nm wheelbases to run them at max force. The extra power headroom provides for far more detailed feedback and prevents clipping.

I use a 23nm simahic ultimate but use it around 10nm. I just like the extra snap ​and potent details the stronger wheelbase has. People like will can act like they dont have more all they want to but thats hust to help buyers feel good. Higher nm wheelbases absolutely have more detail and more pop to it. Like my 8nm wheelbase didnt shake my rig from details my 15nm wheelbase was potent but still not as much as my 23nm wheelbase. Believe me one day when yoy try it. You will get it. The motor also allows for more speed and response. So it helps alot more then some may think. @bobbyosborne2375

Conspit pedals :) but simagic mount the same way. Screw from the top through the holes in the pedal plate, washer and nut from the bottom below those 2 rails

I sent it back after a week. To much flex for me and I went with a playseat trophy, foldable was too much of a compromise for me.

I thought about getting something like the Playseat -- but I figure if I'm stepping into the $500-600 range, I might as well get a simlab evo for $400, plus an entry level seat for $200 or so. There's a whole world of expansion opportunity with the aluminum profile based rigs. Currently using a NLR 2.0 stand as a temporary rig for my SC 2 Pro, until I decide on a more permanent setup.

I get that for a sponsored video it's not a good look, but would've been nice to have some comparisons against the Playseat Challenge which is a third cheaper and seems just better. Based on what I can see here, the Playseat is way more compact when folded. Also the way the cockpit opens up when you enter/exit it works better as this one seems to need quite a lot of space between the seat and the monitor. The seat on this one does look more comfortable, but doesn't really look like something I'd want with limited storage space.
