Hi Vera, I too am on a no spend November. I allow myself £100 a month for food shopping and I also have a separate purse that I keep a bit of money in to allow me to buy bargains that I come across. Any money left in my shopping money at the end of the month also goes into this purse. During November I will try to live out of my fridge freezer and pantry. My ain is to save at least half of my food budget in November.

Hi Pat, £100.00 per month is a good amount. Back in UK I was living on less. I am enjoying my No Spend November challenge. I am creating my meals with items in my pantry, fridge and freezer. It would be interesting to see how much we save at the end of the months. We can do it! Have a lovely day!

Hello, thank you for your kind comment. As per a friend who is still renting the monthly’s rentals are very high. For now I find the food prices being higher comparing to UK. As per a car it will have to wait until Spring. Will definetly make videos with my sightseeing

How well you know me😂. It has to be a special occasion to have a meal at the restaurant. Instead of spending on an expensive restaurant meal I am saving money for memorable things on my birthdays. Like treating myself with a ticket for André Rieu’s concert. One birthday went for a 7 cruise for only £350.00 door to door. For my 60th birthday went to Israel, was saving small change for two years for that trip. I can create a restaurant meal at home, light the candles, put some music and fireplace on and voila!😊
