I like the old old scepter type gas can with vented cap and I use a blow siphon made by mercury marine when fueling anything that’s going to most of the fuel in tank if done correctly not a drop is spilled

No the No Spill spout won’t go into a car tank, but they do make a extension spout for it. I think it might be around 8-9 dollars and that gives you a tube with a cap that just fits over the regular spout. Than u can fill hard to reach tanks or vehicles just fine. Or if u don’t want to get the extra tube for it get a cheap funnel with a slender neck that fits in a tank. You might already have one laying around in your garage. I would do that if need be. I don’t use it for a car tank, but I would use a funnel if need be. I have an older Rubbermaid can that has a flex spout fill neck on it that I put regular e10 pump gas in it and use it for emergency spare car gas. My No Spills are for my equipment with non ethanol gas.
