My father in the year 1980 was living in a CHAWL, area was 190Sqft, later a developer came and developed a Hsg Society in 1982 but the developer did not register nor he paid stamp duty? In the same society my father bought extra area 670sqft paid for extra purchased area abt RS 320000/-. Now the society is going for redevelopment in this development CUSTOM HOUSE says we have to pay STAMP DUTY of RS 426000/- DO we have to pay the stamp duty? Today both my parents are no more ALIVE. Same way if a will is there for estate covering assets in separate states, and Probate is granted and there is provision of testamentary trust after Probate-- revenue collectors are bound to register such trust without any Stamp Duty based on asset value -- as this is not a transfer but settlement of of pre-existing rights by Testator. BUT THE SUB REGISTRARS CREATE PROBLEMS IN SUCH CASES. WHAT CASE LAWS SUPPORT THIS?

Pl clarify that property purchased in the name of A & registered. Later on A has changed his name to B based on Affidavit & newspaper publish. Now for name change in the sale deed, whether sub register asking for re-registration & stampduty is valid in Bangalore.

When Registered Agreement of sale includes That it is void after 31st August 24, Is it necessary to register the cancellation of agreement, again.Then only the Agreement gets cancelled? The agreement amt.will be forfeited is also mentioned in the deal. So the damges of seller for mutual cancellation, is not addressed by the advocate. 1.Registered cancellation compulsory,as agreement to sale registered? Yes or No.? 2.Agreement of sale token amount must be returned ,then only agreement gets cancelled.? Yes or No?

मेरा एक सिविल केस 2008 से शहापूर महाराष्ट्र राज्य मे चल रहा था, उस केस मे सप्टेंबर 2024 मे कंप्रमिझ हो गया और उसकी कोर्ट ऑर्डर की कॉपी मुझे प्राप्त हुई. मॅ जब प्रॉपर्टी कार्ड पे मेरा नाम चढाने गया तो मुझे स्टॅम्प ड्युटी और रेजिस्ट्रेशन चार्जेस के लाखो रुपये भराने के साथ साथ कोर्ट मे मेरे खिलाफ केस लडणे वालोंसे NOC लाने के लिये कहा गया, अब सामनेवाले NOC देनेसे इन्कार कर रहे है इसलिये मुझे वापस उनके खिलाफ केस डालनी पडी, क्या इस मामलेमे मुझे स्टम्प ड्युटी की छुट मिलेगी.

Seller sells it for emergency or forward caste for their survival Collect minimum from the seller and more from the buyer There are two reason with in another two years it be more the land value so when he sells that time ,more profits he gets .Till that time the first sellers poverty did not allow him to keep ,it In 2008 for each cent the value was six lakhs After this govt, it became Ten thousand. Make it six lakhs at least .There is no other way to survive Your beneficiaries are caste wise and to the farmers only . Apart from govt, these people are also sandwiching us .We are also having responsibilities and expenses for which we want to sell our land for good amount Let the govt takes it. But money should be given first. Then only transaction .Other wise govt will not give.How many contractors committed suicide by the cleverness of the govt ? so we are cautious..

the fees collected by revenue department earlier should be refunded to the concerned person immediately if that won't happen it is of no use ,more over the person who claimed falsely that the property belongs him should be imprisoned for atleast 5 yrs regreous imprisonment. Other wise the judgement is of no use.

Agreement to Sale is different thing, this will not create any right between parties. Once Sale Deed is made, it is lawful & stamp duty is mandatory for it.
