in case of specific performance suits after compromise decree also for registration of sale deed stamp duty not required ???????

My father in the year 1980 was living in a CHAWL, area was 190Sqft, later a developer came and developed a Hsg Society in 1982 but the developer did not register nor he paid stamp duty? In the same society my father bought extra area 670sqft paid for extra purchased area abt RS 320000/-. Now the society is going for redevelopment in this development CUSTOM HOUSE says we have to pay STAMP DUTY of RS 426000/- DO we have to pay the stamp duty? Today both my parents are no more ALIVE. Please advise. Waiting anxiously for you advise reply. THANK YOU.

Agar two brothers k naam makan hai or ek brother apana naam nikalna chahata hai to kya dusare bhai k naam makan karane k liye stamp duty lagegi?

सही बात तो यह है अगर कोई प्रॉपर्टी सेल होती है या लीज पर दी जाती है तब स्टेम्प ड्यूटी ले सकें

Sir mera 1 society ka plot hai sab papers hai lekin bas seller party ke pass ne NOC nahi hai. Woh society waale hume apne property pe kuch karne nahi dete bolte hai ki noc laayo , aur seller noc nahi de ra , plz sir advice dijiye kya kare. Plz , sir 20 saal hogaye hai abhi tab seller nahi de ra noc kya kare ?

If one is buying a property from some other person. Registration, Stamp duty, Sale deed is still required. Isn't it !!

3 plots belonging to two brothers,they comprise one plot to one of them and the rest two to the other brother. Is here stamp duty required sir?

Yes. Now there will be new registration of properties. Property 1 Owner: Brother 1 Property 2&3 Owner: Brother 2

Please reduce the transaction charges from the seller. Seller sells it for emergency or forward caste for their survival Collect minimum from the seller and more from the buyer There are two reason with in another two years it be more the land value so when he sells that time ,more profits he gets .Till that time the first sellers poverty did not allow him to keep ,it In 2008 for each cent the value was six lakhs After this govt, it became Ten thousand. Make it six lakhs at least .There is no other way to survive Your beneficiaries are caste wise and to the farmers only . Apart from govt, these people are also sandwiching us .We are also having responsibilities and expenses for which we want to sell our land for good amount Let the govt takes it. But money should be given first. Then only transaction .Other wise govt will not give.How many contractors committed suicide by the cleverness of the govt ? so we are cautious..

the fees collected by revenue department earlier should be refunded to the concerned person immediately if that won't happen it is of no use ,more over the person who claimed falsely that the property belongs him should be imprisoned for atleast 5 yrs regreous imprisonment. Other wise the judgement is of no use.

Makan ka malik property tax high rate me kio dega , jab us property per koi rent per hi aur bahut kam 60 rs ,100 rs 50 /100 sal se diye ja raha hi .

State Government ko ye TAX milta tha. O ab Central Government khatam kar diya. Ye loss State Government ko howa na. Central Government States ko loss karne ke liye Supreme Courts ko USE KIYA HAI iska matlab POLITICAL JUDICIARY bann chuki hai. In future kya COURT bhi Stamp Duty Exempt kare gi ?

Agreement to Sale is different thing, this will not create any right between parties. Once Sale Deed is made, it is lawful & stamp duty is mandatory for it.

Only the balance of stamp duty need to be paid, if you have paid the stamp duty along with Agreement of Sale.
