You can set what weapons your backup uses in the Ultimate Backup xml

Yes, you usually have to add RagePluginHook, LSPDFR and some other directories to your computers anti-virus trust list. It uses processes that (to a computer) looks the same as a virus, so it gets blocked

You just copy things like your GTAV.exe and save them somewhere on your PC. You can then just copy them back in post update. I recommend Blue Line Vibes channel for a tutorial
