BRO, I WAS 80 KG IN JANUARY, NOW ON ? MARCH 11, I BECAME 68 KG. I JUST FOLLOWED COMBINED WORKOUTS, DIFFERENT WEIGHT TRAING, AND LIMITED PORTION CONTROL, I EAT EVRYTHING, EVEN SWEETS IN A LIMITED PORTION. Hey Mridul ! I am a nutritionist and Its a great way to reduce the amount of refined sugars in daily life per say. But, all the other things, even fruits and potatoes have some amount of sugar(natural)!, and eating them when you crave for some sweet is a great idea!! I like how you’ve tried this challenge to better your health, but for the inch loss, as long as you took the pictures during the same time of the day and considered your hydration levels, its a good change. Just putting extra info for other people out there❤

It’s not in your head, eating clean does make you feel so literally, cos I had attained my target weight after three months of healthy eating, I was becoming a bit relaxed about eating habits , now I’m restarting , this is my sign to do so, I dont want to completely cut off sugar as in even from bread , but yeah, I wanna be my healthiest form for my bday in March last week, thank you for giving me a cue 😊

Really helpful video just one tip I would like to give you is if you are quitting sugar just make sure to have natural sugar to keep the energy levels going I used to quit sugar and my energy levels were so down I used to have fever,my sugar levels were 80 only then I again started having sugar so better to have a good amount of natural sugar a day also please share that peanut salad recipe xoxo 💜❤

Hey! I love your content and i hope this comes across as a genuine concern and care for you! I truly think you should not have avoided sugar especially during your periods as there is a scientific reason as to why we crave sugar during our periods and a lot of girls avoid those cravings and feel dizzy and nauseous, as i know there are a lot of young impressionable minds out here watching and emulating you i hope they don’t stop eating sugar and avoid listening to their natural body cravings and requirement! When you try to avoid sugar, it's not easy. Also if you want to keep your sugar cravings low , not only avoiding processed food will help but you have to eat till your tummy gets full to avoid sugar cravings. Some times to contrary to this even if you have full tummy after having full fledged dinner you crave something sweet , that's how sugar craving works. So have your meals on proper timing. Subway salads are not sugar free because sauses they use of course contains dairy and sugar. Remember: whatever you eat if it has flavour, it has sugar in it. No flavoured substance in this world is made without sugar. Drinking enough amount of water will help you. Also avoid dairy if you lactose intolerant. If you think fruits will save you from this , then yes but all not fruits. Only fruits with fibre will save you BECAUSE fibre doesn't let sugar to process in your body and hence pass undigested. Grapes have highest amount of sugar , eat wisely.

I have also stopped eating sugar in all forms from last one month, started looking for ingredients. Chips were my most favorite thing and I have not eaten it. Hope to sustain this lifestyle. I eat junk food once in a week to control cravings for rest of the week. Just wanted to update you that homemade popcorn are totally healthy, Act ll popcorn are not healthy of course but you can have as many homemade popcorn as you want, you can also have homemade roasted makhana as a healthy snack alternative. Best wishes to you to sustain the habit... :) :)

Mridul you look very very young. Your skin looks amazing. I used to work in a far away place from my home. No ways I can buy something from outside. So I used to take fruits at night for 3 years and baapre I became fair two tones to the white side. And didn't have any acne at all and so many other which I don't even remember.

Well..I never craved sugar..but lately I have started emotional eating..and I eat all the sugar..for which I feel guilty later..I gained some weight too..but now.. After watching this video..am motivated ..hope to deal with my emotions well..and do not give up to such cravings ..
