Great to see new topic. As a farmer we follow this , we haven't burn the residue of the sugarcane from last 3 years , and this actually make the difference, 1st year we get 35ton /acre and this recent year we got 65 ton/acre ,

Now i started practicing it as a first step i am going to harvest p addy within 25days rice seedl were transplanted at a spacing of 12 inches by 12inches after in harvesting I am going to 4inches dia pit to a depth of,2 inches mixing with manure and somebacterial and place soyabean. And maize seeds and irrigate. Is it Ok and tell me suitable covercrops. I am in doing organic farming for 20 years my name P B MUKUNTHAN 92 RAJAJI ST CHINGLEPUT.
