Logistically, I feel like the Market is the worst place to get a job early game, because while its the closest to the apartments, you're left far, far away from Cluckers, the University, & the Job Office, the 3 most common places in the early phases of the game.

A previous commentor mentioned that the gimmick to investments is that it is a relatively safe way to store money between turns, without having to go to the bank to withdraw it. I've no idea how effective that idea really is, though.

There should be a Pawn shop where you can sell your stuff for some money to buy it back later though then it costs more than what you got as money in the first place.

There should be a criminal mechanic. If you're broke, have no clothes, you can rob a bank or something and maybe some mechanics involving law enforcements determining rather you get caught by the cops or something.

You guys made a mistake to move to the 400 rent place. You had to pay 800 for rent in total instead of 400. You were only playing 10 rounds so you had to pay rent twice. Made lots of mistakes, the robot didn't cheat you guys just don't know how life works. And for the love of god, put money in the bank once in a while lol.

The better housing has benefits like security though, that's worth the higher rent. You can't say that I should buy dirt instead of like food or something because dirt costs less.

Bank gives less amount of loans if you have less money. Since they had no money, bank would not have given them any loan.
