No tomato achari paneer:
This achari paneer recipe is one of the easiest recipes you can ever make! It literally takes only minutes.
Ingredients I used:
-200g paneer
1 cup yogurt/dahi
1.5 tbsp besan
salt
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp rai/mustard seeds
1/2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
pinch of hing
1/2 tsp kalonji seeds
1/2 tsp saunf/fennel seeds
1/4 tsp methi seeds
1/4 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 to 2 tsps red chilli powder (as preferred)
2 tsp achar masala (any achar works fine)
coriander leaves for garnish
Procedure:
-Whisk dahi and besan together in a bowl and keep it aside.
In a pan, heat oil and add hing and all the seeds as mentioned above.
Add onions and fry till they turn slightly golden.
Add the besan and dahi mixture and stir well till it leaves oil on sides.
Add all the masalas listed above and paneer cubes.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and enjoy!
