While I do appreciate you for sharing however you lost me at 2:48, 2:49. I was following you step by step but there was a glitch that skipped you forward a smidge because when you were wrapping it around the pen, it didn't show the entire movement at that part. I am trying to figure out which way you turned the pen on the paperclip... These are soooo adorable. I will figure it out although when I have time to think. Thank you Miss Ladybug.

You can use smaller paper clips but be sure to make the circles really small. If you start by bending the paper clip exactly in the middle you won't waste any of the wire. Good luck!
