No Trolleys to Tiger Bay - Part 5 of 7

I have removed parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 because I am not entirely sure whether the copyright to this video is owned by anyone. If I can ascertain it is okay to share, I will upload the missing parts again.

A unique record of Cardiff trams and trolleybuses. Magnificent action scenes of trams and trolleybuses throughout the city. Ride the final tram route - Whitchurch Road to St. Mary Street. See the last car light up.
Wonderful images of Cardiff especially in the 1950s and 1960s, including long-gone buildings and streets.
Due to the extreme rarity of this footage and DVD, I wanted to upload it for posterity and the educational benefits it will bring to the younger citizens of our great city. There is no financial gain made from this upload.

I remember using these ...we lived down the Docks and i saw them all the time but the last time i used one was when we moved to Ely in 1966

The whole DVD is available commercially so I'm guessing that the firm who issued it holds the copy right!

I've not seen any evidence of this yet. The rare few copies of the DVD are for sale on Amazon among other places - but they're clearly 2nd hand or home copied DVDs with a inkjet printed cover! Google has 0 results for the copyright at present. Shame really - I'd love to upload the other parts again. I'm not making any profit from showing this after all - clearly the copyright holder isn't either!

@@Cardiffians I have the official DVD and it states on the disc- Copyright Online Video & The Signal Box Ltd. The profits were to go to The Cardiff & South Wales Trolleybus Project as stated above. I do not know how the project is going as the copyright was dated 2000. Hope this clears things up..... Regards from a former user of the numbers 1, 3, 4, and 9 routes (a long time ago!).

@@MervynPartin Hello Mervyn - thanks for the update. Sadly - Google searches still come up with nothing. Both Online and the Signal Box exist - but they don't make effort to promote this gem of a film if they do indeed own the copyright! If anything - the fact I've uploaded it has generated interest and awareness they'd otherwise not get.
