No Turkey Yet, But BEEF......

Heard a few calls, called a little myself, haven't seen a thing except tracks. Fixin to eat some beef stew then I'm gonna see if I can't spot a Tom headin' up to roost for the night then come back and shoot him early tomorrow morning when he comes back down.

I made a roux that tightened this boil all up and made for a great steak stew. I didn't get a turkey this trip though. Good fun anyway. I am honored you came by, good sir. Please keep up those damn addictive videos I always look forward to.

Haha, you honestly do have a great channel hoss, so I gotta represent you here in Florida. This was before I added the roux so it looks a little thin here. It was damn good but as always, I put too much cayenne and jalapenos in it. I love stuff spicy as hell but most folks don't. Anyway, no such luck yet this year for turkey, try again next weekend. I do have a hog that's been runnin' wild at my buddy's daddy's place so I'm gonna try Wednesday (and Thursday if I have to) night. Take er easy.
