Feel better and praying for your health! ❤️ We had the flu last week in our home also and this cough is horrible. Get as much rest as you can for your voice.

Praying for you and for your voice to be restored. If you have it, peel some ginger root and get some peppermint tea. The ginger root has antibacterial qualities. The peppermint will soothe and help with the cough too. Together they will help with finish off whatever it is messing with your voice. Keep your head up and keep swinging for the fences.

Phosphorus tablets/pellets from a health food store as they will help lubricate the vocal chords without irritating them. Avoid lozenges that have alcohol in them as it will irritate the chords. Worked when I had laryngitis between singing and working in a call centre and my voice went kaput.

Feel better soon! Maybe you need antibotics to kick that virus out of you. Other than that I go with Hot Toddy's. Also, Vicks on your chest at night and maybe a little under your nostrils. Looking forward to seeing you in good health soon!

Take a chicken foot and drill a hole through the bone, put a string through the bone long enough to nestle the chicken bone next to your throat. I’m kidding...lol. I see so many wild remedies, probably all of them work, but I wanted to add another really wild one. Seriously, get well soon and I’ll see you next time. You shouldn’t try scoping if you can’t talk we’d understand. Feel better!

Omgosh 😱, don't talk, just rest your wonderful voice for a while and use a cool/hot compression (gently) on your neck switching between hot and cool. You should be OK, but just in case, try some small pieces of pealed ginger root. 💖 Gargling with warm water is real good too. 👍
