For anyone who's interested.... this game uses a lot of original korean namings: BADApolis: Bada = sea (seaside apartments are expensive to live in) singsing = fresh Simuruk = dispressive Junuk = more dispressive --- it shows the income inequality... important concept in this game

To anybody watching in the future, make sure u use ur tools to check conditions bc sometimes they lie to get more money n sometimes it’s better condition . Both change price but if u tell them it’s worth more they will still be leaner on price n u can sell it for even more
