Best "what if we could change their fate" yet. Most Marvel movies had an understandable and interesting main plotline, with tons of holes in the actual movie. This movie had a perfect string of events to the movie part, but its overall plot was pointless and filled with holes. Great video!

You can't forget that the Spider-men (collectively) have also been changed to some degree. I think they all lived. Without his electricity, without the lizard-ness, I mean these guys literally cannot fight anymore except for maybe Otto who isn't insane in the least anymore, so he might just push the damn thing into the river instead of pulling it over himself, I don't know.

Osborne's "Oh." actually... still kind works,. Imagine that he still dies anyway in that split moment. not able to repent or stop it in any other way, hes still killed, but he's killed as osborne, not becasue goblin coudlnt stand dying, but that Osborne was finally free.

All right, so now time for my theories. As for which villains survived when they returned to their universes, I'm sure Norman Osborn, Curt Connors, and Flint Marko survived, and why? In the first moment we see the Green Goblin, he has a clean suit, almost without any dirt or damage, while at the time of his death in Spider Man he had damaged armor and very dirty armor as a result of Peter Tobey Maguire's attacks + he had his glider, i.e. he had to use it at a given moment so that he could transfer with him, so the last moment from which he could realistically transfer to the MCU is some moment from the fight on the bridge with Tobey's Spider Man. As for Lizard, he also certainly didn't die, as Strange told Peter that he found Lizard from the Sewers, so the Lizard most likely moved to the MCU during or after Andrewa's Spider Man fight in the Sewers. And as for Sandman, he wouldn't have died because he knew Spider Man's name, which means that he had to come to terms with his Spider Man by then (which eliminates theories that he would somehow kill him). As for those who may die, in my opinion they are Max Dillon and Otto Octavius, and why? Since, as they said themselves, they moved a while before their death, so their fate could actually have turned out just like in this movie.

Thing is, we have to wonder how they would have survived in the first place, seeing as how they were teleported right before they die.

They weren't all teleported right before they die. When the Green Goblin was teleported into the MCU he was fully dressed in his Goblin costume, but when he died, he wasn't fully dressed in his costume and it was also damaged. So, if they get set back to the moment they left their own timelines then Osborn would be sent back way before his death and since the Goblin is no more and Osborn is in control then his fate would be changed when he returns to his original timeline.

Green Goblin leaves just before attacking May (no damage suit), Sandman Survives SM3, Lizard survives ASM, Electro gets send back powerless so he ain't gonne end up in the Powerplantlines.The only problem is Doc Ock, cause he got taken at the end of SM2 about 10 seconds before he turned good there to. He gonne die.
