He isn't wrong. Sports media has specifically with CFB, has turned into glorified sports betting takes. It's like having your bookies give you a preview before betting. Players aren't players anymore, they are investments. IE phantom targeting, unnecessary roughness, RTP penalties. You literally see defenders that are taught to "play to the whistle" back off hitting certain players (Jalen Milroe, Patrick Mahomes). Watch any of their big highlights and you will see defenders jogging or backing off while having a clear tackle chance.

As a DAWG fan I completely agree with you guys! Florida has the athletes and talent to beat UGA! If we’re being totally honest here…UF hasn’t looked the greatest overall but much better here recently. UGA hasn’t exactly looked like the UGA teams we’ve come to know in recent years either. UGA tends to struggle some with mobile QB’s, and although Lagway doesn’t take off and run a ton…he’s extremely capable of it! The DAWGS should obviously win this game but you can’t overlook any opponent in 2024! Throw the records out the window!! As Kirby says all the time…”Humility is one week away!” GO DAWGS!!!

The Texas favoritism within the league is going to persist considering their schedule top to bottom isn’t overall tough compared to their competitors in the SEC. How does Texas end up with a bunch of cupcakes and all home games until the end of the season and UF ends up with a gauntlet of teams like no other in SEC history. Some type of balance is going to have to happen. No way money didn’t exchange hands and give UT some type of advantage. Point in being they didn’t afford OU the same courtesy entering the SEC.

Florida has a chance to beat Texas. Texas is overrated, as proven the last couple weeks. In the last 2 games, they are in a point deficit 54-42. If Vanderbilt can come within 3 points of beating them, then Florida, playing better than they have all year, certainly has a chance for an upset there. It's not any more than a 35% chance, but there's a chance in General.
