@@genetics6238 yes it is huge for daily player, but not all daily players. I like logging into genshin daily, but only once, since you get 170 resin a day it will always cap for me. But with a 200 resin cap I can finally log in once a day and don't have to think about my resin capping next morning

this new game mode reminds me a bit of the abyss mode in HI3rd where there are rotating “weathers” that will favor characters of a specific type or that deal a specific type of damage 🤔 this game mode is one of the big reasons why in HI3rd you can’t just pick one fave character to main and steamroll all the harder content so to me this new mode in genshin definitely seems to be incentivizing players to diversify their character roster or at the very least familiarize themselves with more team types! here’s to hoping it doesn’t flop LOL

Interestingly I didn’t think of the weather in Superstring Dimension but the rotating schedule of Dirac Sea and Q-Singularis. This type of mode that incentivizes diversity is something I’ve been wanting. I don’t know if you were there in Honkai back when we had the Path of Apotheosis event, but I’ve always wanted something like that.

WuWa has nothing to do with this. Except maybe the potential resin cap increase. The decision for additional endgame would have been made wayyy before it even got released since there needs to go a lot of thought and coding into something like that. Same for the animation. And Wuwa is way too small at the moment for Genshin to even consider them a threat.
