At 14:43 we see he has Lucids, Kindlegem, and we can presume a CDR rune. Runic Compass and Cloth Armor give no ability Haste. They have one Hextech Drake for an additional 5 ability haste. 8 + 15 + 10 + 5 = 38 AHaste. The haste Calculation is as follows: (Reduced Cooldown) = Base Cooldown * (100 / (100 + Abilility Haste) ) BC * ( 100 / ( 100 + Hst) ) 120 * ( 100 / (100 + 38) ). 120 * (100 / 138) 120 * (0.7246376811594203) = 86.956[...] or 87 seconds. So he's Cheating, right? HOWEVER, there is a twist. We also see Domination as Skarner's tree. He likely picked Ultimate Hunter. At even 1 stack of player, that's 11 additional Ability haste. 120 * (100 / 149) = 80.53. Annnd thus every use is legitimate. Skarner did not cheat, he did not hack, he just hyperspecialized to Ult, a lot. Thank you for coming to my Math Talk.

She is decent, but it depends on the enemy jungler. If the jg focuses on getting the squishy Tristana mid, then that jg won't be bothering other lanes, or invade your jg, and Tristana have a pretty easy way of getting away. But I think this is it. Her constant jump resets make her viable. If she can pop her bombs of course. If enemy jg doesn't bother with mid, and said mid Tristana doesn't respond to that with aggression, then she IS worthless. On the other hand, said aggression can and will make her vulnerable enough that her jumps won't protect her from the passive jungler, who should respond to her aggression.

The person asking about chat might have the same issue I do. The same person keeps putting 15-20 emotes that looks like pepe fucking someone in each message, and it catches my eye every time and is annoying. You can see an example at 2:13 and I'll use my hand to block the chat until they stop spamming. On twitch I'd close the chat or just block that person, but here there isn't much I can do.
