That bin looked like the boxes of Christmas decorations I have from my grandma! I couldn't believe people would throw those away. I'm 71 and love the vintage 40's and 50's decorations. Of course I grew up with them. My children are not too crazy about them. Hopefully my grandkids will be. Got to start downsizing. Love your videos and your finds. Have a great week!

Just an update on one of the ornaments you found....the green ball ornament is actually celluloid. And from the 1930s. I picked up some at a antique mall over last weekend. I also had some collectors who confirmed it. So that was a awesome find!!

Those vintage Christmas ornaments were a great find! I have been collecting vintage Christmas for many years and I have never seen those bell shaped ornaments with the figures inside either and I am not on the lookout for them! Having grown up in the 50's and 60's myself, I do not think that green plastic ornament is vintage. I wish my bins had great things like that, but unfortunately, our bins have mostly clothes. Thanks for sharing!

Hello from Australia. Really enjoyed this video. Recently at a thrift store I found a bag of 40 wooden and felt ornaments ($10) very much like the sleigh you found. They were all hand made in Taiwan and probably form the 50s. It is thanks to both of you that I started looking for vintage Christmas. I made a large flat Christmas tree from scrap wood to hang on my wall to accommodate them and some of my other vintage finds.

I have watched other KZbinrs talk about that Bin location and finding great finds! Love the vintage Christmas! I am picking up a few Japan pieces myself at my Bins location in Texas. I keep digging down to the bottom because you never know what is down there! I would be interested in more Bins shopping videos from you two at this location.
