OH YEAH SHADOW LITTLE TIP: nether wood cannot burn! if you need a good replacement for your current wood in your house if people keep burning it down, warped and crimson wood cannot burn! only downside is that you have to go to the nether, and with all these mods that may actually be more dangerous that just replacing the wood. edit: another downside is that nether wood doesn't always go well with other blocks, and can sometimes look really out of place and ugly, but that's more of a vanity downside.

I think if you put carpet on the floor, it prevents entities from spawning in your house. It at least works for vanilla mobs, but idk about the dwellers, worth to try though

Hey Shadow.. tip that may or may not come in handy.. when you want to trade a particular item.. like the potatoes.. if you put it in your hand, the villagers that will trade them will show you emeralds :) if you want to buy something with emeralds, if you hold the emerald they will show you what you could buy :)

Thing is about the goatmen is that you can kill it, but it will always come back, it can spawn ANYWHERE and frequently, you can easily halt it in its tracks by looking at it, its more annoying than anything really once you learn how to deal with it

So a bit of context, the Goatman is in fact the mob saying all of that in the game. Much like the Skinwalker and Wendigo, the Goatman is capable of mimicry as a means of drawing in its victims.

You know I did something similar which was a bit fun having the more golems mod that can give you a lot of golem crafting resepies. Turns out in haunting areas with a lot of hostile stuff when you can assembly line random Golems and let them spread out in the area it get's a bit fun when You can find some Golems surprisingly far away from our base wandering even the Leaf Golems have actually spread out as well. The Red Moon was fun especially when I put torches and such on every tree in the section of the forest I was in and it was near flooded with random Golems. Some actually blended in to well in the forest. It would be fun to see what you would do in one of those horror things where you can craft random golems which ones would you make in bulk the first time the ones made of Logs or Leaves. Or Glass and other things.

Dear ShadowMech, I have a great idea for you! While everyone is making horror mods (or Dwellers), why not make a dweller that works in your favor? For example, a very rare chance to spawn gives a spare heart when you lose one, or gives you one rare item every visit? You can make it to where you have to seek it out when hearing it's spawn noise... making the adventure tougher!

Hey Shadow if you want it infinite water and lava source inside your house try to use pointed dripstone on top of the ceiling where you put water or lava on top of any dirt or cobblestone you have but if you're going to have a lava inside your house make sure you have cobblestone or deep slate cobblestone covering it so you won't accidentally burn your house down and before you say what do I need to use to capture both water and lava if I put down the pointed dripstone underneath a fit use the cauldron so you won't have to go out side to keep collecting more water and lava bucket.

I think I might know the reason for Goatman spawning in your house: you havent lit it up enough? There are a couple of *very* dark areas, your attic 10:45 is a good example for being dark enough to spawn something, I am sure. And I noticed the spot he spawned, 12:04, was dark enough as well.
