Problem with that lease is if Andrew can't pay to keep up the repairs he's broken the lease. He needs to just go away somewhere. He is nothing but trouble. Even if it's just optics he is trouble. Bad judgement. Maybe his children can support him but I think the King is done with him. He paid that old fools security out of pocket and gave him an allowance and that wasn't good enough for Andrew. The King needs to cut him off completely how much embarrassing moments can one put up with. Andrew has quite a history of being troubled or in trouble. The issue is, like any British Citizen who has never been convicted of a crime, he has to live somewhere. He goes to church and he’s criticised, he rides a horse on his own estate and he’s criticised. He goes for a walk and he’s criticised.
