Power consuming 0.11kwh If it's charging from 15% to 100%. On daily basis average of 0.08 to 0.11kwh. We can access only from WiFi, so if we don't have a WiFi connection then we have to use other mobile hotspots like WiFi, since the same mobile hotspot will not work.

It working good till last week, now we are getting anti drop sensor issue, so we contacted support team, will update you further how they providing service. And they dont have official service center all over India, they will come and visit home only for service. If required will update one video on this, Thanks!

#1. For technical support and issues, please contact Customer Care at 1800 258 8085. A support representative will register our complaint, and then the technical team will reach out to us for further details and to schedule an appointment based on our availability for a home visit. The assigned technician will call us to confirm the appointment. Frootle provides technical and sales support for Ecovacs products across India, including Chennai. #2. They resolved the issue without any charge, including replacing all the sensors. They informed us that all technical issues are covered under the warranty, but accessories are not included.

Yes, we can and we doing it in that way only. Updated 15.01.2024: When we added dettol other day, we don't face any problem, but when added Lizol, and kept for 4 days without cleaning it, so the colour of the reservoir changed to dark white colour.

They do not recommend using floor cleaner solutions or even tap water. Instead, you should use filtered or RO water in the reservoir. Using tap water or other cleaning solutions can cause white layering issues in the reservoir and block the small hole between the reservoir and the main unit.
