Camping killers do get penalized now. If you stay close to a hook without being in a chase, you lose massive points and rank % points. 3.) Whether it was a joke or not (which I know it was), I was merely pointing out the irony (as a joke) that a poor sport killer that relies on cheap tactics was saying he was going to report someone. 4.) Taking a -67% to your rank for "Staying close to hook" is pretty massive seeing it is over 1/2. My joke makes sense. Not everyone will get a joke, but at least I'm not someone trying to belittle someone because I didn't get something. I didn't "write him like that", the guy who plays killer was clearly doing it. He was face camping, he was tunneling. I didn't make him out like that, I was merely stating a fact and I pointed out the irony or hypocrisy or whatever you want to call it for him to say he was going to report. At no point did my joke even mention "banning" or rely on banning to be part of it, you just assumed that. The pebble actually isn't useless. I had two teammates hooked and the spirit was in the middle of the two hooks camping them both. I threw a rock to the left side and she walked over there. I was able to save the person on the right and they escaped.

After running the new perks in 20+ games, I can tell you from my personal experience that the new survivor perks are hot garbage. Would much rather Autodidact increase healing speed instead of you sit there and have to wait for a skill check that may never come. Late game? What late game? Everyone is either dead or ran out the door, there's no point. Deliverance doesn't matter and the pebble is a big phat meme. The killer, however, got amazing perks... PRETTY GOOD JOB SO FAR
