After also hearing Deja Vu, I once more realized how inspired Noa and her team were to choose Unicorn! This was the perfect song staging wise. This is why she ended 3rd, while many other good studio versions got lost between each other. This year, Israel proved (for those who still don't understand how Eurovision works) performance is far more important than the song itself. You can have a good song, but if the staging lacks energy, it's in vain. She had all of them!

Did you notice the lyrics? It's actually a very political song with much hope. Noa, as a represent of the young generation is calling us to change history. She combines few topics in my opinion: antisemitism, the Israel-Palestine conflict and also the feminist revolution. She talks about us the jews being always different and judged by others ("do you want to check my DNA...you keep calling me names"). She talks about the conlifct when she says "'Im not you're enemy...History caught in a loop...don't you wanna change it?" You and me can write a new book... etc. But also talking about something feminine and phenomenal. ' For me having more leading women in our societies is something that will change history. Talking more and fighting less. Something that we need to have in our arab and Israeli societies. Feminist revolution in the middle east is so needed here, to change our future. Go Noa!

אאלץ להסכים ולא להסכים. הפרפורמנס שלה מגניב ממש, וזה לא מפתיע כי לפני שהיא הייתה זמרת היא הייתה רקדנית, אבל האם זה מספיק כשהשיר משתמש במקצב די חרוש ובמילים כמו פנומ-פנומ-פנומנל, ו- feminine femininal? (מצטערת לאכזב, אלו המילים). הביצוע עצמו טוב, הבחורה יודעת לשיר ללא ספק. אני ציפיתי לשיר מעניין מוזיקלית, כששמעתי את הכניסה עם התזמורת. אבל מסתבר ש-6 שניות של מוזיקה חיה זה מספיק כי הרי יש עוד שלוש דקות להכניס עליהן ביט שנשמע כמו ריהאנה מ-2010. בעיקרון כל השירים השנה נשמעים כמו משהו מה-mtv ב-2015
