I'm back to watch this video again, as I get inspiration to write down for mimi (forget if I ever wrote on your channel) Part 1 : About the Band & Ariel NOAH firstly formed in around 2002 as 'Peterpan' with releasing their first single 'Mimpi Yang Sempurna' (eng : perfectly dream) who turn out being top hits in Indonesia Peterpan/NOAH journey (especially Ariel) has going through UP & DOWN life circle. They enjoy their peak era (2002-2006) and then hit by storm (2006-2007) as there are 2 Band member leaving the Band due to some circumstance. Then to solve hidden friction w/ former member and also with intention to respect their friendship, they agreed to change band Name The darkest stage is when Ariel scandal came out then he got prisoned (2010-2012) They also receiving so many public pro & contra reaction & controversy over changing band Name and Ariel case But yeah here they go!! in September 2012....soon after Ariel (1st time) released (free w/ some Term & condition) they announced the new Band Name to be NOAH, including releasing their new Song 'Separuh aku' (eng : my other half) Thankfully, in between public pro & contra reaction for Ariel ....the song also got in Top Hits in Indonesia....then going through against various anti reaction, the Band had doing concert tour in so many Indonesia cities (even they did a breakthrough record by 24hours concert in 6 cities) Afterall, Ariel succesfully Re-Build his music career w/ NOAH and his personal image. Then Now 10 year later ....Ariel & NOAH ...still outstanding, shining like star in Heaven and keep on moving forward in the (Indonesia) Music Industry 👏👏👏 Why? The key is 'Ariel' and outstanding Strategy from the Band management + extraordinary support from Sahabat NOAH (Fans) Why Ariel? With due respect to all other the Band Member....Ariel somehow just doing what it's called as 'FRONT MAN' Ariel is main 'public magnet/attention' Ariel ability as song writer & musician acknowledged very well Ariel kind, wise and down to earth/humble personality wellknown nationwide. Oh btw, I missed to inform about the Band member. Currently, the original Band Member is only Ariel & Lukman (guitarist) + new permanent member David Albert (keyboardist). The other 3 (drummer, bassist and Guitar rhytm) still hired as additional player, not yet appointed as permanent member. the Band (Peterpan) first original member is 6 person Due to personal conflict of interest, then the keyboardist (Andhika) & bassist (Indra) pushed to leave the Band. Then when still under Peterpan Name, David albert come in as keyboardist. He was passing through several test for almost 5 years to fulfil the Band requirement so then he could officially appointed from just only additional player to be Permanent Band Member. Later on there are 2 others member who leaving the Band. The rhytm guitarist (Uki) & drummer (Reza). But the reason they leave not same as previous, it's because their own choice of lifestyle related to strenghtening their religion/faith way as moslem. Uki & Reza decide to leaving the whole music world. For me, the most breakheart moment is when Uki leave (2019) Uki is my 2nd fave handsome band member. Uki is Ariel childhood friends (middle school classmate) Uki is Ariel soulbrother Uki is Ariel most reliable partner in term of music technical, device, sound engineer While Ariel living in dark side of Rockstar, Uki keep on his personal life as 'good & healthy' as ordinary people did So Uki somehow the one who could balancing wild Ariel Uki is the one who stand to defend Ariel when the rockstar falling crash down. But yeah sadly...uki has his new passion of life...and As Uki said Ariel fully understand uki's decision. Peterpan/NOAH from outside seems a broken brotherhood. But privately they keep their brotherhood in different world. Look at the way they agree to change the band name Look at the way they hardly recruit the new (permanent) band member Look at the way, they keep silent and never talking bad and exposed each other bad side. ThanksGod Lukman still keep his Band passion and stay beside Ariel until now. Because NOAH band not only for Ariel Lukman and David....but they give live to many people who work behind the Band also whole music industry.
