Hey, I have a question, when the staff looks like it's slowing down, is it just the camera not having enough fps to catch the faster speed and making it look slow or do you somehow manage to slow that incredibly fast staff down that much?

The problem with those who spin staff that way is it looks impressive, but useless in defending oneself from attackers. It's useless in self - defense. Too many staff users are impressing other people by spinning their staves, yet such spinning is ineffective in battles. The staff is a protective tool or weapon. Shepherds use staves to protect their sheaves. The truth is that the staff has become a circus prop. Spinning a staff rapidly and skillfully, does not mean that you can protect yourself with it. The staff also use use for many other things. Hikers use them while hiking. In closing, let me refer the the movie "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang: the song the old bamboo, for some uses of a staff.

Never revolve a bow staff around your neck in actual combat..... It can put you on disadvantage. Would prefer to use hands as much as possible and legs to the minimum. Just a suggestion, nothing to offend.
