There's a fan made rewrite that has them in it on Deviantart, It's not bad actually. Owen really should've been in it, but apparently they didn't really have a story for him and didn't want to boot him on like the 3rd episode. And Noah is great, but others are more deserving for being an All-Star. In the rewrite, Noah and Dawn were brought back due to them being fan favorites. But like I said, read that fanfic. It keeps the same story as the original but makes it flow better, fixes plot holes, and ties Owen and Noah into how they went in to other shows.

After I got back into Total Drama thanks to Revenge of the Island, Noah slowly grew on me, becoming the first character I considered to be my favorite. And remembering what happened in World Tour, I was saddened about how Noah was eliminated in London, thanks to the machinations of Alejandro--and arguably Chris, as he allowed Alejandro to overhear Noah's comments about and twisted the rules so he could be eliminated (no doubt due to drama purposes). I'm so glad Noah returned in Ridonculous Race. It definitely seemed like the Total Drama team's apology for what happened to Noah in World Tour. And it really shows: Noah has the coveted romance arc of the season, and he's eliminated roughly 3/4s (episode 18) through the season, compared to his elimination in the 11th non-Aftermath episode of World Tour. And he even has a happy ending this time! He decided to sacrifice his chance at the million (rather than be unfairly eliminated by the main villain of the season)--which doesn't matter, since he has a girlfriend now! In short, I'm really glad that the Total Drama team made up for Noah's performance in the past. Now, if they were to make another Ridonculous Race (and I reached out to one of the writers, they really want to do that)... redeem Dawn next.

Noah is such an Underrated Character in TDI and no one thinks he’s good, In TDA it made him being part of the Aftermath nothing much interesting for Him, But then He finally improved in TDWT but placed 11th and his friendship with Owen became Better and better that is why in TDPTRR, His Development with Owen improves more then he has a Girlfriend and then placed 8th. So much changes that he evolves Love it!

Eh, I don't like how Owen was reduced to gross-out humor and fat jokes. He was an actual human being in Island and Action. Noah shouldn't have to put up with it tbh. He was always comedic relief, which can be appreciated, but if you strip away everything that makes a character competent then why are they even here. The first half of the show lacked any kind of "character dynamic" people are praising. It's just Owen hindering Noah.
