Let's fill in a few holes. Noah did not come out of the ark on the first day of the first month. That is when they found the earth was dry and he removed the covering from the top, but not when he exited. Noah and all the preservations were in the ark for one year and seven days. Genesis 7:11 "In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, on the seventeenth day of the second month - on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened." Then the 40 days of rain (vs 20 "The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than fifteen cubits"), 150 days of full submersion (vs 24 "the waters flooded the earth for a hundred and fifty days"). In the tenth month the mountain tops were visible (ch8:5). Fastforward: the raven and dove were sent out again and again, and then...(vs 13) "By the first day of the first month of Noah's six hundred and first year, the water had dried up from the earth. Noah then removed the covering from the ark and saw that the surface of the ground was dry." But not until... (vs 14-15) "By the twenty seventh day of the second moth the earth was completely dry. Then God said to Noah, 'Come out of the ark...'" But don't take my word for it. You can find it in the Word of God in Genesis Chapters 6-8. It's absolutely fascinating!

Wow they were doing SO well by keeping it exactly on the scriptures until they said the average height of the Nephelim was about 7 FEET. Why do they HAVE to do that!?? They are not able to help themselves. The bible tells how crazy things were and the height of the giants. They were varied a lot and some weren't actually giant but some were "as tall as cypress trees". That could vary of course but the whole purpose of saying that is to tell of their magnificent SIZE!! "The Nephilim were on the earth in those days-and also afterward-when the sons of God went to the daughter's of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.
