I think it's anxiety of not being here, we won't see any of this, we're completely irrelevant in the grand scheme of the universe and as self-important as we think we are (in our everyday lives) we're not. Knowing I won't be here is anxiety inducing, but also relieving at the same time. Life is very weird, the fact we have so many unanswered questions about how/why we (and the universe) exists in the first place is mind blowing and I can see how that'd be scary.

Humans, black holes, stars, etc. are all made of the same components. In other words, “we are made of starstuff”. We are just as much a part of the universe as the trillions of galaxies in our sky. If anything we’re the best part. As we are the universes way of experiencing itself. Of admiring its own beauty and learning about itself. This really put it into perspective. First I thought, “dang, everyone I love is going to die and I’m gonna have to go through that pain. Then, I thought, “wow, the earth really keeps going after you die”. Then, I thought “wow, the earth will even die one day”. Then finally, I came to the realization that time keeps going without the sun, moon, stars. Everything. Even when black holes evaporate, the molecules are still there bouncing back and forth, and it’s an endless cycle. Time goes on without all of us here to spend it. So spend it wisely while you have the millisecond of space time that we do.

[Verse 1] Everyone you love is gonna die But, darlin', so is everything, don't cry The stars will blink out one by one in time And everyone you love is gonna die Everything you fear is gonna end All your hate and hurt lost to the wind And it's hard, I know the universe could be each other's friend Everything you fear is gonna end [Chorus] And there might not be a sadder thing Than watchin' Saturn lose her rings And black holes slowly dancin' in the dark It's a song that they were born to sing About the end of everything Until it all goes up in one last spark [Verse 2] Everyone you love is gonna die But so is everything so wipe your eyes You know nothin' lasts forever, but Lord, I try Everyone you love is gonna die [Bridge] All the saints and sinners are the same We're blessed and we obliterate And that's how it was written from the start It's a song that we were born to sing About the end of everything Until it all goes up in one last spark [Outro] Everyone you love is gonna die So don't you let the moment pass you by And man, there really ain't no sadder thing There really ain't no sweeter thing

This makes me value life to a whole different level. Even if we can't live it to the fullest rn with people all around us. It'll make us that much more grateful once Corona has passed.
@alina244994 жыл бұрын
I think its not really related to corona :D corona isnt really a big problem, instead.. much more: climate change. ("glaciers melted" "sea level rise") Hawkins said there is probably not more than 100 years till the human kind is about to say goodbye to existence. Corona is just the beginning, some people dont want to hear the truth but it will be.

...but we have now the time to live to the fullest, especially in the most environmental-concious way as possible. Its sad that we destroy this beautiful world nature created for us to strive in, unfortunately only because of the greed. The earth will recover and build a new one, with or without us.

I'm here because Miley Cyrus said this was a depressing song. It's not depressing in the least to me. It is the truth, and her voice is soothing. I hope Noah Cyrus doesn't compare herself to her big sis. If she did or does, please work through it or never look back. Noah's voice is the complete opposite of Miley's voice. Embrace your family, but celebrate your separateness as well.

As someone who just lost my soulmate at 25, this song is nothing but comforting. Everything and everyone ends. That’s why life is such a precious gift. “Oh how lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.”

This song REALLY makes question our world and why we live the way we do. We literally have to FIGHT for equality. Our problems are just petty kindergartner problems. Hearing this makes me realize that none of it matters. We fight wars for temporary physicality. Nothing lasts forever. Live life to the fullest because tomorrow isn't promised. The end is inevitable and odds are, we won't have a clue it's coming. Love thy neighbor and live like it's your last day because it always could be. Perfection is only a perspective. And if youre reading this comment, know that a random person loves you because we are all the same.

This means that all the discoveries, and love, and species, and minds, and hearts, and memories, and monuments, and beauty, and pictures, and achievements, and history, and lives, will all end and become forgotten and extinct forever. But what you don't know is that everything will happen again. The dark energy and floating molecules will create a new big bang. And we will start all over. So are we the first?

As sad as the song and video are, that was the one thing that made me smile a little at the end. That energy behind the last black holes never dies. Energy never does (well as far as we know it for now).

No disrespects to scientists or physics but they dont really know its just there theory that everything will be forgotten and never exist again but they also they the universe changes all the time so why are they even saying this because let's be honest they dont know at all! Why I ain't even worried because they dont really know what gunna happen we just have to agree with them cus there the people to knowing what's out in the universe and what amazing stuff is happening in the universe if that makes sense !🧡

Since I am about 5 years old, I have cried for not knowing what will happen next, for not wanting to live forever but not wanting to die forever, for losing those I love in general I was afraid of time but thanks to this song and video I feel more relaxed about it and opened my eyes to know that time does not exist, and to learn to live more in the present, thanks Noah, you make my life improve, die or cease to exist is the same as you never existed, not even you you will realize.

The temporariness of the world isn’t something to be afraid of. It just makes you enjoy your life more knowing that your existence is a wonderful and miraculous thing. To be alive in the endless universe, to be able to feel, live. So enjoy your life as that is your only mission in this universe!
