Growing up, I never had the confidence to be myself and frankly I was embarrassed just to exist. Until I found you guys and my community on here, I didn’t really feel like I deserved to be a person. Obviously… Growing Up On The Internet has had it’s toll. It’s not a natural/normal human experience to develop as a person in front of hundreds of thousands of eyes but thinking back I’d never change a thing. This album is about exactly that - I only recently began processing how fucked up so many of my experiences on here have been. And I’m sure a lot of you who’ve grown up like me or are growing up with unrestricted access to the internet right now will find solace in the words that I’ve written. I never set out to write an album about this but I guess I never really set out to do anything in my life. The tracklist is full of angry trans songs, songs about not knowing what’s wrong with you and songs that are honestly.. just a little bit of silly fun. I could not be more thankful to everybody who was involved in making this and I could never express how grateful I am to you guys for getting me to where I am now. Anyways.. enough sappy shit, if you’ve never listened to my music before - now is a good start. Think we all get sad between it. I don''t cause I am but how sometimes I'm struggling to develop as a woman culturally and look sadly as another trans woman has all the beautiful curves and appearance that I wish I had.Even though I can spot out my style I don';t understand how to dress or how to apply make up. All in all my good emotions were numb and any gender expression related stuff gives me euphoria and the only thing to give me happiness. On the contrary the numb feeling extends to my anxiety though I have it strongly. I can easily bee in public cause I don''t feel my anxiety and hence being gender expressing clothing only feels normal. There seems to be some positives to my issues. lol. Waiting on surgery for 2 years will also make you very frustrated. On the contrary also I think Noah has a great music voice. I'd love to hear more of his music.
