Especially near shops in residential areas. Several of my own doctors work from buildings that are just renovated houses. It's also good to have a non-threatening space for business. Especially with how many people are scared of doctors and hospitals.

I have some pretty gnarly scars from a car wreck and surgeries I got in relation to the wreck and derma rolling the scars 4 nights a week helped them fade a lot! Good luck, Noah!
