Nice vlog. But you can't grab a beer and enjoy at a public beach in Sri Lanka as you recommend at 1:57 because, having a beer is deemed consuming alcohol and it is illegal to do so at public places including public beaches. Moreover, smoking in public is also illegal. These laws are not strictly implemented though and many foreigners unknowingly commit these offenses.

You didn’t cover : 1. world renowned ancient kingdom “ temple of tooth” in Kandy … it’s world heritage site .. 2. Ancient cities such as Anuradhapura ( famous stupas ) and Polonnaruwa, Ritigala , Yapahuwa, dating back to more than 2000 years old with rich history are stone archaeological sites makes you wonder how did they do it ? that’s a shame 🙄🙄🙄 Sorry to say here … but It’s a incomplete guide …

Whale watching too dudes!! There are loads of blue whales off the coast of Sri Lanka and I intend to see my first blue when I visit in a couple of years for my 50th birthday! I'm heading to Rishikesh this year so couldn't be further away in India but this place looks amazing although I'll be avoiding the crushing crowds of that sunrise peak!!

You have missed the waterfalls and rivers Noah ther are more than 100 which are ideal for swimming and I would prefer eastern coast for swimming beaches like arugambay or pasikuda
