Me too - have you been Meditating a lot? Have you been more aware of Dukkha, suffering? I have one word to say to you for you to embody ... 'patience'. With Metta, keep telling yourself 'patience', for it is in the stillness the Dhamma will appear and the Buddha knowing Dhamma. The mind is complaining about missing out, it is grieving and acting up creating emotions so you give in to it. However, I encourage you to be still and feel the craving and then, if you give in, observe then the results, notice mind now desires something else. Also, note that this body is'nt you, it is elemental, made of air water, fire, earth, and it is mind that is identifying as an 'I'. Look within, as mind looks outside, help it look within and practice Samatha body sweeping meditation so you get body completely calm then mind will calm, then you can investigate just what is really going on. And lastly, accept and embrace the depression and fatigue, let it be, when you allow it, its no longer a 'problem', it just is as it is. Once accepted, the Dhamma appears. Metta to you.
