I’ve taken different types of cheeses and put fairly thin slices on a sheet tray pop in a 350* oven wait about 10 min and check them if melted and bubbly take out of oven and allow to cook a bit remove to a paper towel covered rack ( drains extra oil ) then make some more. These are so good with salsa or humus or even guacamole. Try it you can use a hotter oven but do keep an eye on them. I love your Hacks. I love the content. You also have a good sense of humor! That could be for some people. However, some people have the enzyme to digest lactose. Research shows if your dna line comes from people who didn’t have dairy as part of their diet long ago they didn’t develop the enzyme. It was dependent upon your region and what was available.
