Numerous people were denied all 3 ballot papers. Some like my brother refused voting where he was registered & sent to another voting station, so he hopes his vote will still be counted. I don't know if the utter confusion caused by the change of many voting stations & them & staff being ill equipped & insufficiently trained was sheer incompetence or intended to cause confusion & issues that resulted in some only being allied the National ballot paper, or left the voting stations without voting due to the long queues & many registered not going to vote due to hearing of the delays & issues. Then there is the unsecured transport of ballot boxes where one went missing in transit in Umhlatuze & when a resident reported seeing it while driving, by the time officials got there it was gone.
