I would say that if only they made the Valk a little bit more positioned, it would be way better and we'll say it will turn out to be like the headless horseman that everybody will be quite trendy about it in the future. Especially if it's going to be off-sale, it would be the second Valk to have particles if I'm not mistaken, I'll say it looks okay with the headless on, it is not too bad for me overall you just need headless though to make it look good that's one of the downsides but there are tons of fake headless now anyways, besides there's also a dynamic head repositioner for it just search up "timeless valk repositioner" on the dynamic head and just use UGC faces for the face if you don't want to be headless (I prefer headless or fake headless though).
