The emperor has targeted the Queen of Cups/ empress before he met her. He loves weak, young "traditional" women to use as blowup dolls and is very disconnected. He doesn't understand why no woman stays. Tried to teach him, he continues to try stomping out her light. His so called friends and children passed away and he was so disconnected that he made jokes about their deaths which were tragic, it's sickening.
