Honestly, jaehyun's like a bridge in nct? He's close with the hyung line, and is able to confront them directly without feeling intimidated. But he also adores the younger ones and they feel really comfortable around him. He's not old enough to be in the hyung line but not young enough to be with dreamies. Idk how to describe it but he's like the awkward middle child that helps maintain balance in the group.

Just wanted to mention a couple of the pairings that I just adore(not that other pairings are not good.) *Johnjae are the bros that does cute things together. They really have that easy vibe around each other. *Jaehyun+Taeil is such an underrated pairing. I can tell they adore each other so much but they're just so subtle abt it. Their humor is actually veryy similar too. *Jaeyong. They are definitely closer than what they show on cam. They have this deep connection that is unexplainable. *Jaewin😭 97line at 20:45 hit deep man. They just seem so comfortable just by having each other's presence. I feel like they must've leaned on each other a lot as same age friends. Give us a reunion SM.
