i want people to understand morris is NOT bad at LT. he is INJURED. he has no depth to help him and hasnt had any. his knee is f**ked. so humphreys can give him the depth and the rest.

You're right, but even when he's healthy he's very raw and needs development, and what's worse is that he does have recurring health issues. I think eventually Kingsley will be the starter, but it's clear that he needs help, and hopefully Humphries can develop him.

Patrick has been pissed at the quality of protection he’s getting from his tackles not so much the interior O line because I think they’ve played well. Hopefully Patrick will get average to above average play from his LT. I’m not sure what to expect from the RT position because he seems to always get called for illegal formation. The entire O line has got to protect Patrick better going forward no more excuses.

Yeah, Taylor isn’t awful as a blocker, it’s his false start & illegal formation penalties that really piss me off. If not for those, he’d be an average to even above average tackle most games. Wanya is playing hurt, so I do feel for the guy. I’m hoping DJ can elevate that side, which, in my opinion, will elevate the entire line.

Idk how you can be that bad at any position let alone LT. Chiefs even brought in DJ so you would think he knows he needs to step up and make a case for himself and his career. He flat out play even worse. No wonder why Kingsley be him out of the job to start the year off. The chiefs should have at least help Kingsley with a chipper on the side. He a rookie for crying out loud. Why would u leave him on the island by himself. Out of all tackles he was number 1 when starting on the island by himself. Basically didn’t even give him a chance. Let him build up his confidence. Instead you bench him for a guy that’s also bad. Should have gotten a veteran before the year started. Took all this time to try and adjust. I guess that would be my only complaint about the team. Morris is gonna end up getting 15 hurt bad the way players is just running by him.have to hold your breathe ever snap with him in the lineup.

DJ has not played a single snap yet. The reality is the Chiefs have high expectations of players and when the lights are the brightest, some guys just cannot perform. They also had cap issues and couldn’t just go drop 10-15mil on a premier LT at the beginning of the year.

Yep Mahomes got sacked 5 times, hit 12 times, pressured a bunch, had 3 critical drops including a 3rd and 11 after breaking out of a Crosby Sack and Mahomes still threw for over 300 and got the win.

Sure they do. He has the best HC in the league (arguably of all time) who is the best OC of the past 25 years (every single QB who plays for Reid has their career year with him by a mile), a top 5 DC of the past 25 years, a top 3 front office, consistently great OL play (despite fans crying about all the time, even this year the OL is still borderline top 5 by every advanced metric), a top 3 all-time TE, one of the greatest deep threats ever until Hill left (Alex Smith led the league in deep passing in 2018 because of Hill), strong defense every playoffs (even if they struggle in the regular season, the D is excellent come the playoffs and carried the team last year), dependable kicking and special teams, best interior DL in the league in Jones, and they almost always are the more physical team in the trenches, never physically dominated. Mahomes is an average QB in an ideal situation. He's careless with the football, slow in his reads, holds the ball too long, can't throw anyone open, has failed nearly every time this season to put games away despite multiple drives he could take a two score lead late. He was bad last year, worse this year. He's also boring. Except for one or two scrambles a game, there's nothing exciting about his play. He has two clubs in his bag: line drive baseball throw and floater. That's it. He's also a crybaby who flops, whines at the refs after every play and fakes sliding and fakes going out of bounds. Looking forward to him throwing the ball directly to the other team yet again, except the Chiefs are starting to crumble, so his mistakes will actually matter now.

Worst analysis I’ve seen of a QB in my life. 15 has one of the quickest reads in the NFL and is a master of improvisation when the play falls apart. Even with his left tackle folding in under a second he can still get the ball out with perfect aim. This is just delusional hate watching with no basis in reality

Regarding that lateral I'm getting annoyed by those who keep saying it was "planned". No, it was prearranged, for if they got a look like that, which is a different thing. Being completely on the same page with another player is something Kelce's extremely good at, and they executed at a high level. Saying it was planned makes it seem like it was part of the play design. I know I'm being pedantic, but sheesh, they're different things.
