Hi, Catholic friend here. Hope you don't mind me dropping by. I enjoyed this video very much! Rabbi Friedman, your wisdom is a gift. I know there are many differences in our faiths, but the similarities in your message and the wisdom you share is very familiar to me. There are some things here that I haven't heard before. Some things I have been taught that you put In a different way. The idea that our purpose is to do what God requires of us, reminds me of something my mother taught me. Forget about what you want and what you need. God has already provided, you just need to see that. Let go of your ego and learn to serve. Serve God and serve others. That is your purpose and that will give you meaning. That's what God wants from you. Its amazing to me how much fighting there is in the world over the few differences, when the similarities are so much more vast and important. Thank you sir, I've learned a few things and have some to think about. God Bless and Mazel Tov to you all!

Maybe two people who have a need that I can help them with. And in doing this, I will please them and please God. I will also try to stop asking God in prayer for things for myself and start thinking about what I can do for Him instead.

That's awful thinking that you're 'not a good person'. That's not what G-d wants. We have two sayings some keep, one in each pocket. Paraphrased: But for my sake was the world created. I am but dust and ashes. The one gives you a sense of worth, while the other gives you a sense of humility. No one is a 'perfect human being' so you're in good company. The major thing for all the conflicts is "owning", my shoes, my house, my nation (illusion), my culture, my tribe and all about me, myself & I. But as we can see in communist China people are not happy because they have to work harder than they can, now hope is within A.I and robotics to do hard work so we can concentrate to arts and just being in service to others. For Meshiach to come it needs total transformation at thinking and being here experiencing life and to realise to understand consciously that we exist, having priviledge to exist as every single being has! This realisation will give peace and then we shall enjoy milk & honey, unless these robots and A.I doesnt want something from us like existencial rights...

I am not sure what Meschiach wants, but I am hoping that He wants me and that He takes me. Times are about to get so rough, that I don't want to be here. Are you asking about the evil people?
@jaspernewcomb5656 Жыл бұрын
@whoknew770 he said some people were going away he didn't say who or how where they were going or how they would get there. That's what I'm asking about. Recently he described Congress as teenagers having been left alone in the House and something big was going to happen but he didn't say what it was. When covid-19 came out he said it was the work of Hashem and it was teaching a lesson to the world. He comes across as a person that knows insider information like he knows the mind, thoughts and actions of Hashem. So when you ask about the evil I'm not sure if you actually know who and what you're talking about. By what name is the GOD of good and evil called? I mean according to the Bible.
@nomorecensoringme Жыл бұрын
@@jaspernewcomb5656 G-d has 72 "names". You can look them up online. Yes Rabbi Friedman 'knows' things. He's sharing, continuing, the teachings of the Rebbe and the previous six Rebbes. Does RMF have the insight that the Rebbe, of blessed and righteous memory, had? No, simply because he's not a "rebbe". There are many videos sharing the Rebbe with us, should you be interested to learn more. Yes Rabbi Friedman said covid and other things were what G-d wanted, since it's all part of His vast Eternal Plan. G-d runs the world so it figures that way.
