Provided you'd like to play this piece solely, I'd say in 6 months. I know because of my experience: I learned Melodies of Life in a month (because I wanted to). After 2 years of lessons, it got hard again. And you got to read it off the paper.

@djrocker91 yea i love this song, but it's the program playing it, not me. any songs that i've learned would have a recording of me actually playing it on piano! u should start piano, with consistent practice you can play this song fluently at around the 1-1.5 year mark of piano experience, at least that's my guess :)
